Kremlin is running out of missiles

Due to sanctions, Russia is not able to produce new ones. Now the only way out is to beg Iran for help. Hoping that the mullahs’ regime agrees to sell rockets and drones. A true face of a “global superpower” and “second army in the world”, right?
