The whole world has seen its crimes. It stops at nothing, it kills and rapes, destroys and steals, Russia does it only to achieve some imaginary goal. Will it stop after negotiations after not achieving its goal? The answer is obvious – NO. Does the world need to put a terrorist who will never change at the negotiating table?
